Development and Application of Aluminum Profile Extrusion Mold CAD/CAE/CAM System

Based on the analysis of profile extrusion, the functional model of aluminum profile extrusion mold CAD/CAE/CAM system is outlined, and the system integration schedule based on UG and ANSYS is ascertained. Through the development of key software models, the L shape, U shape and cube profiles extrusion are analyzed.
