Implantable neuro-stimulation and recording photoelectrode and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses an implantable neuro-stimulation and recording photoelectrode. The implantable neuro-stimulation and recording photoelectrode comprises a supporting component and a light-emitting component, wherein the light-emitting component is positioned at the inserting end and used for generating light stimulation, and the supporting component comprises an inserting end which is provided with recording contacts for generating electrical stimulation and recording neural signals generated by electrical stimulation and light stimulation. The implantable neuro-stimulation and recording photoelectrode has the advantages that the light-emitting component for generating light stimulation and the recording contacts for generating electrical stimulation and recording the neural signals generated by electrical stimulation and light stimulation are arranged at the inserting end of the photoelectrode, so that the photoelectrode integrating light/electrical stimulation and multi-channel contact recording is formed and completes light/electrical stimulation as well as recording of the neural signals generated by light/electrical stimulation, equipment simplifying and material saving are achieved, and the implantable neuro-stimulation and recording photoelectrode is applicable to multi-position potential measurement and wide in application range.
