System Modeling and Double Closed-loop Control Simulation in Chopped Wave Cascade Speed Control System

To the switching nonlinear features of the power electronic component,the state-space averaging method is used to analyze the basic relationship between the input and output parameters of the main circuit.The simplified mathematical model of main circuit and the dynamic model of chopped wave cascade speed cortrol system are deduced.The corresponding current loop and speed loop control links are designed by means of the model-optimizing engineering method and the harmonic vibration peak minimum guide.The performance of double closed loops controlled system is built up with the software simulink.The simulation results show the dynamic characteristics of the system with double closed-loop are improved and suitable for more industrial production fields,which indicates the correctness of the system modeling.
