Synchronization of Stochastic Memory Neural Networks with Time-varying Delays via Feedback control

This paper investigated the exponential synchronization of SMNN with time-varying delays. Controllers without and with time delays are applied for the exponential synchronization of the SMNN system. Combining the theories of differential inclusions and set valued maps, corresponding sufficient conditions of exponential synchronization are obtained by using Lyapunov function, mean-value inequality and Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.
