The invention discloses an intelligent traffic based unmanned aerial vehicle communication system, which relates to an intelligent traffic system, and aims to solve the technical problems of small information acquisition scope, poor actual use effects and potential safety hazards existing in cloud intelligent traffic service and wireless technology respectively, lack of communication among unmanned aerial vehicle clusters and the like of an existing unmanned aerial vehicle anti-collision communication system. The intelligent traffic based unmanned aerial vehicle communication system structurally comprises sensors, an unmanned aerial vehicle data bus, a remote information communication unit and a visible light short-range signals transceiver, and is characterized in that the sensors detect unmanned aerial vehicle state signals and outputs feedback signals; the unmanned aerial vehicle data bus receives the feedback signals of the sensors and outputs unmanned aerial vehicle state clock signals; a remote information control unit of the remote information communication is further connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle data bus; and the visible light short-range signal transceiver performs information interaction with the remote information control unit. The intelligent traffic based unmanned aerial vehicle communication system is used for preventing collision of unmanned aerial vehicles when flying with a low speed in a cluster mode between buildings.
