How to Correctly Implement Motivating Mechanism in University Libraries

According to the action principle of motivating mechanism and the presumption of "human complexity",some motivating measures were suggested that to be taken in managing a university library such as aim-motivation,competition-motivation and deeply inquiring requirement for Librarian,connected with complexity in personal construction and humanity.It was necessary to develop work through building a set of scientific system,aiming at individual request for librarian and making great efforts to build good employment environment in practical work.
