Pressure testing system for instant water heater

The invention relates to a pressure testing system for an instant water heater. The pressure testing system comprises a constant temperature water pipeline system, an electrical control system and a data signal acquisition and analysis system. The pressure testing system has the advantages that the pressure of thermostatted water is set according to the national standard; under the control of the electrical control system and the data signal acquisition and analysis system, the instant water heater is subjected with seven testings under different pressures, and the seven kinds of pressuresare subjected with at least three cycle tests in short time; the whole testing process is in automatic control; the testing data is recorded in a PLC2 (programmable logic controller) control screen, and a database is established for providing reliable data for late debugging; each instant water heater leaves the factory after satisfying the national standard; and the application safety factor of customers is improved.
