Investment Benefit Assessment for the Power Grid Considering the Optimization Strategy of Electric Price

Traditional evaluation methods do not accord with the objective facts due to the interference from human factors, in addition, it lacks the influence of the electricity price strategy on the evaluation results. Therefore, it is difficult for these methods to give a true evaluation result that reflects the original evaluation information. In response to the above problems, an evaluation method based on the graph model is proposed to evaluate the investment benefit considering the optimization strategy of electric price. From the perspective of technology, economy and society, the paper has constructed the evaluation index system about the transmission network projects, then, according to the characteristics of project’s functions, all indices’ weight are calculated by the graph model method. The example and rationality analysis both show that the graph model method not only can reflect the original evaluation information and get objective weights, but also can be used to evaluate investment efficiency in practical.
