The Influence of the Application of Knowledge Management System on the Increasement in the Performance of Employees of SDM Pro Global

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the three principal elements of KMS (Personal knowledge, job procedure and technology literacy) has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT XYZ. Data taken from questionnaires to 100 respondents are employees who are in XYZ. The research method is validity, reliability, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 25. The results obtained are variable Personal knowledge, job procedure and technology literacy has a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the three main elements KMS positive effect on the performance of employees at PT XYZ.
