A novel passive optical network with dynamic wavelength allocation

A novel, high performance passive optical network employs dynamic wavelength allocation to provide bandwidth sharing across multiple physical passive optical networks. Tunable lasers and coarse/fine filtering combine to create a flexible new optical access solution.
