Digital-Age Literacy for Teachers: Applying Technology Standards to Everyday Practice

How many everyday technologies such as laptops, cell phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players are actually available to students and teachers in a meaningful context within the classroom? This lack of effective technology integration in education is attributable to a lack of a coherent vision for systemic reform.
