Encoder circuit for inverse differential Manchester code operating at any frequency

The inverse differential Manchester is a new code that has the same spectral efficiency as the differential Manchester code. Here, a modified encoder circuit that operates at any frequency is presented. It utilises few digital components, thus lending it for fabrication as a single medium-scale integration or part of a large-scale integration (LSI)/very LSI chip.
