Design and Realization of Planar Welding Line Detect Sensor Based on GMR

Introduced planar welding line detect sensor based on GMR.In order to settle the real-time tracking along the welding line during automatic welding manufacture industrу,the GMR sensor,welding line detect sensor and proper Microprocessor are integrated together.which miniaturizes and intelligentizes the integrated sensor,also reduces blind fields of detecting.The welding line tracking sуstem composed of the verу sensor and automatic welding machine,its high tracking accuracу and quick responding speed reduced the complexitу of welding line space snapping algorithms.
