Transfer functions measurement for UWB antenna

We present a method to measure transfer functions by a vector network analyzer. This method is based on the equivalent ABCD parameters and S parameters. The formula for the transmitting transfer function and receiving transfer function are derived. The measured results for a disc-cone antenna are given and discussed.
