Netsolve: Interactive software for network optimization

Netsolve is an interactive software package for network manipulation and optimization. It provides an integrated environment for creating and editing networks as well as applying a variety of network optimization algorithms (e.g., shortest path, minimum spanning tree, minimum cost flow, matching, assignment, and transportation).
