Some clinical effects of guanoxan

Same clinical effects of guanoxan, an adrenergic neuron blocking agent, were studied in ten hypertensive patients. Although the drug lowered blood pressure, abnormal hepatic function in three patients indicated that this drug should not be used as an antihypertensive drug.
