Based on dimensions of mach,flexibility,execution and validity,the paper carries out evaluation on strategic human resources management,analyzes correlation of three dimensions,puts forwards concept model of evaluation,and collects index system;selecting data by questionnaire and carrying out correlation test on index system and three dimensions by statistical method,it puts forwards that HRM evaluation can forward the realization of strategic goal of enterprises and puts forwards advice that HRM evaluation model,adjust and control HRM by the model.
