Yoke linkage positioning and clamping device

The invention relates to a yoke linkage positioning and clamping device and belongs to the field of automobile steering part clamping equipment. The device is composed of a base, positioning air cylinders, a mounting plate, a positioning shaft and a positioning sleeve, wherein the positioning air cylinders are mounted on the two sides of the base; a positioning push plate is mounted on a piston rod of each air cylinder; the positioning sleeve is fixedly mounted on the base; the positioning shaft is mounted in the positioning sleeve by a movable sleeve; supporting plates are mounted on the base on the two sides of the positioning sleeve by pin shafts. The yoke linkage positioning and clamping device can be used for positioning different specifications of yoke bodies and has the advantages of solving the problem of poor universality of an existing positioning and clamping device, lowering the production cost of a production enterprise to a certain extent and also solving the problem of unnecessary waste. The yoke linkage positioning and clamping device has the characteristics of simple structure and novel design and is especially applicable to production of a lower yoke assembly of an automobile steering tube column.
