Task , User Characteristics , and Environment Interact to Affect Mobile Audio Design

Context-awareness can be a powerful asset to a mobile auditory system. However, in order to fully leverage the information provided by context a system must examine the user, the task and the environment. Auditory display designs must then take into consideration all of these elements.
