전산유체역학을 이용한 산업용 후드의 흡입성능 진단 및 개선에 관한 연구

In this study, the industrial ventilation hood investigated on the inhalation performance in order to improve the efficiency of ventilation system. Also, analysis model is selected the exterior type hood, analysis condition established at the same condition of industrial field. The numerical method is calculated the velocity and pressure distributions of both edge of a hood with and without the gas-guidance-device in hood. In numerical results, the inhalation velocity increased and the pressure decreased at both edge of a hood. The result of this study confirmed that inhalation performance improved with the gas-guidance-device in hood. Accordingly, the technique of this numerical study will be helped to improve the efficiency of ventilation system by time reduction and low cost without structure change of ventilation system as the gas-guidance-device install in hood.
