Simulation and Optimization of Thermomechanical Solicitations

Some industrial tools are submitted to thermal loadi ng which induces irreversible vi scoplastic strains in surface layers, damagess them and provokes their failure.re. The behavior and damage forecast of the structure needs an accurate numerical simulation to evaluate strains and stresses due to the thermal effects. In order to apply a loading which is representative of the experimentation, we propose in this study to use the numerical process of the inverse method to identify and optimize the parameters of constitutive thermal laws.
