The time delay control circuit are respectively electrically connected with the control end of the first controllable switch, the control end of the second controllable switch, and the grid of the first MOS transistor. According to the technical scheme, the versality of the relay is effectively enhanced, and the generation of electric arches is effectively avoided in the mean time.
