Integrated Test Facility for Flight Control System Based on RTX Real-Time Model

Integrated test facility(ITF) is very important in development of flight control system.ITF has much function and complex structure.It's very hard to keep system real-time(RT) response by using traditional VI developing method.Real-time capability can be highly increased by using a kind of new Windows RT model-RTX.System can be divided into two layers:top layer and bottom layer.Top layer can run in Windows user layer and bottom layer in Windows kernel layer.These two layers exchange data by using shared memory.The top layer can be developed by traditional VI develop studios,while bottom layer use VC.The finished *.RTSS can directly run on RTX.Developing difficulties is decreased,while system RT response is increased by using this top-bottom structure.Finally the system meets the developing requirement and successfully used in hardware in loop(HIL) experiment for a certain aircraft.This top-bottom structure can also be used to integrate test experiment for heavy plane or universal plane.
