Method for scheduling resources in wireless communication system and base station

The invention discloses a method for scheduling resources in a wireless communication system and a relevant base station. The wireless communication system comprises a base station and a plurality of user devices. The method comprises the following steps: a determining step: user devices which transmit the data on a resource block are determined from the plurality of user devices; a calculation step: the priority of the determined user devices is calculated by at least considering the data quantity of the data which is to be transmitted in a buffer memory of the determined user device; and an allocation step: the resource block is allocated to the user device having the highest priority. By utilizing the method, the system resource can be dynamically allocated to the user terminals so as to reduce the waste of the system resource and to provide the speed guarantee to the user terminal with the minimum speed requirement.
