Towards the design of English-Arabic terminological and lexical knowledge base

We describe work at a preliminary stage on the design of a database schema to support a multilingual English-Arabic conceptual lexical and terminological knowledge base. The backbone of the data model is a senseenumerative one, based on WordNet, encoded in a relational database. We also exploit the compatibility of the relational database model with that of Prolog, to handle morphology.
