Zustandsorientierte Instandhaltung von Gasanlagen

State-oriented maintenance is a suitable method for simultaneously meeting the requirements of availability and operational safety on the one hand and the requirement of cost economy on the other hand. In order to allow inspection intervals and maintenance cycles to be adapted to the actual demands of the components and assemblies, a condition should be achieved in which there is a current match between the target and actual states. The evaluation sheet presented here provides all operators of gas pressure regulation and measurement facilities with a tool that, in combination with a comprehensive view of the facility, assists them in developing state-oriented inspection intervals and result-oriented servicing without disregarding safety considerations. This model thus represents an intermediate stage on the way to true state-oriented maintenance, and it allows gas suppliers adapt to the demands of a modern maintenance regime without having to work under time pressure.
