Implementation of dynamic change method of multi-group collaborative work

Under the new organizational model SDOM(synchronic dynamic organizational model), a dynamic change method based on multi-group team working is proposed in this paper, process instance don't need change when changing members in one or more work nodes, only organizational model including operational staff and work flow need to be modified. In this way, requirements of dynamic change of work flow in multi-group collaborative work are better fulfilled.
