signal abnormalities spanning from the seventh through the twelfth thoracic level consistent with acute myelitis. Conclusion: The patient underwent further workup and treatment with intravenous corticosteroids with improvement of symptoms and a discharge diagnosis of ATM secondary to SARS-CoV-2.
