Quantification of Hand Motor Disturbance in Parkinson's Patients using sEMG Sensor (Poster)

Due to the aging of the population, the number of patients with Parkinson's disease continues to increase, and the interest of the diagnosis is also increasing. A typical method for diagnosing Parkinson's disease is to evaluate hand motor disturbance. However, current diagnostic methods rely on doctors' subjective and empirical evaluation. The aim of this study is to develop a diagnostic score that can objectively and quantitatively assess the diagnosis of hand motor disturbance of Parkinson's disease using surface electromyography equipment.
