COLABORAÇÃO E COOPERAÇÃO – PERTINÊNCIA,CONCORRÊNCIA OU COMPLEMENTARIDADE

This article argues the relevancy, competition and/or complementarity of the processes of the collaboration and cooperation front different points-of-view. Thus an full vision was defined that generates metric for evaluation of e-learning environments. These metrics compose a set of characteristics that analyzed one by one do not measure collaboration and cooperation, but that analyzed together are capable to evaluate the collaboration and cooperation degree, when being applied in researched environments, in order to get the desired results.
