Estimación de parámetros de un automóvil utilizando algoritmos genéticos

In this article the process of experimental identifi cation of the physical parameters of a vehicle is presented, going from modeling to the parametric estimation. The equations of the lateral dynamics of the vehicle model are built starting off of the laws of physics. It is shown that the chosen variables composing the optimization criterion makes fi nding the solution easier. Finally, using collected real data, optimization is made with a modifi ed genetic algorithm, solving the problem of the existence of several solutions due to the nonlinearity of the model.
