Blade Untwist Influencing Factors of a Transonic Fan

Based on static analysis and flowfield analysis of structure geometric non-linearity analytic large deformation method, the manufacture shape of the NASA Rotor67 transonic fan blade was obtained with fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation of blade untwist design. The effect of different materials, aerodynamic conditions and rotation speeds on blade deformation and untwist design were studied. Results showed that rotation speeds have significant impact on blade untwist, and the influence of aerodynamic conditions was less, and the material was the least. In addition, the relationship between these three factors and the blade untwist was largely relevant to the relationship between these factors and static deformations of fan blade.
