Automatic control method based on water-cooled air conditioner internal unit

The invention discloses an automatic control method based on a water-cooled air conditioner internal unit. The automatic control method comprises the steps as follows: (1) initializing a control system; (2) setting initial values of an automatic loading system, wherein the initial values include an initial temperature value, an initial internal unit fan speed value and an initial solenoid valve opening value; (3) collecting the air outlet temperature in real time and detecting the internal unit fan speed and the solenoid valve opening degree; (4) judging if the air outlet temperature is equal to the initial temperature value, if so, going to the step (5), if not, adjusting the internal unit fan speed and the solenoid valve opening degree for an internal unit freezing water gap according to difference values, determining adjustment ranges, and adjusting until the air outlet temperature is equal to the initial temperature value; and (5) adjusting according to the step (4), drawing a curve chart and displaying through a display device. According to the automatic control method, the energy consumption for conditioning an equipment environment under the same heat load change in a water-cooled air conditioner unit is reduced, the proportion of energy consumption of air conditioner equipment in total energy consumption of a machine room is reduced, the PUE (Power Usage Efficiency) value of the machine room is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is improved.
