Auswirkung des Internet der Dinge auf das Wissen über Arbeitsprozesse von Mitarbeitern in KMUs

Das Internet der Dinge vernetzt Objekte in Unternehmen fortlaufend. Damit verändern sich Arbeitsprozesse und dadurch auch das benötigte Wissen von Mitarbeitern. Dies betrifft besonders KMUs, in denen die Anzahl der Wissensträger begrenzt ist. Wir beschreiben die Grundlagen, wie das Internet der Dinge den Wissenserwerb von Mitarbeitern verändert und wie das Management von Wissen verändert wird.
