BJT를 이용한 1.2kW급 PEMFC용 정전압회로에 관한 연구

Fuel cell produces different power and voltage according to electric load. Voltage drop causes many problems to electric equipment and control board. DC/DC converter is applied in majority of fuel cell system because it can to maintain system demand voltage. This paper proposes a substitute of DC/DC converter equipment fur 1.2kW PEMFC. In this test, it is used the NEXA which is a 1.2 kW PEMFC Module of Ballard. A 24V level fixed voltage circuit is designed for applying in 24V electrical equipment using BJT and a small DC/DC Converter Nodule. This circuit is tested for electric load characteristics at various current by using an Electrical Load. As a result of this test the output voltage ran be controlled by setting BJT Base Terminal Voltage in the range of current which is more than 40(A) from 1.2kW PEMFC. This circuit is possible to apply for a electric equipment.
