The invention discloses a section uncertainty based microgrid optimization scheduling method. An active power and reactive power joint optimization scheduling model is established for a microgrid system by a section uncertainty description method based on the section uncertainty based microgrid optimized scheduling method, and the characteristics of mutual coupling of active power and reactive power of the microgrid; then the section uncertainty based optimization scheduling model is converted into a common certainty optimized scheduling model by combining a section order relation optimization model conversion method; further, the certainty optimization scheduling model is solved by a GAMS software so as to obtain the optimized scheduling policy of each micro power supply and the lowest power generation cost of the microgrid. Compared with the certainty microgrid optimized scheduling method, the section uncertainty based microgrid optimized scheduling method can take the uncertain factors of new energy power generation power predication, load predication error and the like of the microgrid system into consideration, and can optimize and work out the possible fluctuation sections of the power generation power of each micro power supply and the running cost of the microgrid system, so that a decisive method for balancing the reliability and the economical performance of the microgrid can be provided.
