Simple fusion method using subband architecture in detail preserving

Image fusion is the process of amalgamation of multiple exposure images in to a distinct image. In this paper a sub banding architecture is proposed for the fusion of natural scene images. The weight map is computed and the detail layers are obtained from sub banding and fused with Gaussian filter. Experimental results are displayed and the quality metric is tabulated. With our proposed technique the experiments justify that the output results in pleasing visual quality for the natural images.
