유리섬유/에폭시 4-매 주자직 적층 복합재 적용 경량 대차프레임의 피로수명 및 강도 평가에 대한 연구

This paper describes the evaluation of fatigue life and strength of lightweight railway bogie frame made of glass fiber/epoxy 4-harness satin woven composite. In order to obtain the S-N curve for the evaluation of fatigue performances of composite bogie frame, the tension-compression fatigue test was done for specimens with different stacking sequence of warp-direction, fill-direction, and 0°/90°-direction, and conducted with stress ratio (R) of -1, frequency of 5Hz and endurance limit of 10 7 . The fatigue strength of composite bogie frame were evaluated by Goodman diagram according to the JIS E 4207. The results show that fatigue life and strength of lightweight composite bogie have satisfied the requirements of JIS E 4207, and had a good performance via weight in comparison with that of conventional metal bogie frame based on SM490 steel material.
