A secure semantic transmission method for digital image based on UCL

In recent years, digital watermarking technology is widely adopted to verify image integrity, to identify the owner of the image, or to maintain control over the copy process of the image. However, due to the fact that the transmission of image is prone to attacks which may cause damage to the integrity of image, patterns chosen to be as watermarks should be tactically designed. UCL (Uniform Content Locator) indexing technique is proposed to index semantic, copyright and attribute information of the image. Meanwhile, a secure semantic transmission method is developed in order to keep the integrity and reliability of indexed information during information sharing process. Results show that this approach can improve the security of digital images transmission in a variety of attacks.
