Ride your bike: healthy policy for Australians

Structured group or individualexercise programs clearly have a role for some people, but thegrowing personal fitness industry has not slowed the increase ofpopulation physical inactivity.Therefore, the concept of ‘active transport’ is an important one.The term ‘active transport’ relates to physical activity undertakenas a means of transport.
