The Stability Study on a Outlet Slope in Tailrace Tunnel of a Hydropower Station

The development of structural surface on a outlet slope in tailrace tunnel of a hydropower may make a threaten to the safety of the outlet slope in tailrace tunnel.Based on data collection outside and study inside,the authors analyze the deformation and failure mode,and adopt limit equilibrium method to access.On this basis,the authors analyze the probability of failure to outlet slope in tailrace tunnel.The study shows that the slope is only in a state of flux under seismic conditions.Based on the above study,in this paper,the authors put forward the relevant engineering measures,and provide safety basis for outlet slope in tailrace tunnel in every stage.
