Control method of single windings non-bearing thin sheet electric machine with fault tolerant function

The invention discloses a simplex-winding bearing-free slice motor with fault-tolerant function, pertaining to a method to control a bearing-free magnetic-suspension motor. The optimal power mathematical model for simplex-winding bearing-free slice motor and corresponding control method are adopted to control the current transmitting into the windings of the motor; a set of stator winding groups are also adopted to realize rotation and magnetic-suspension; and when open circuit occurs on one winding or the power device corresponding to the winding is damaged, the motor can switch to the fault-tolerant operation mode to ensure normal operation. The motor has the advantages of a simple and compact structure, high reliability, strong fault-tolerant capacity, high axial utilization rate, and complete heft of the stator/rotor is achieved. The invention is an abrasion-free and pollution-free high-performance magnetic-suspension motor, and has a potential of extensive application; in particular, the invention has great significance in driving technology of super-clean sector.
