Proceedings of the 5th Workshop on All Things Cellular: Operations, Applications and Challenges

All Things Cellular aims to widen the research community focusing on cellular networks while at the same time to serve as a forum fostering interactions between the research community and the wider ecosystem (industry, regulators, etc.,) of this area. In this spirit, this year we bring to you an exciting and eclectic program with a broad scope and offering a sample of research, standardization and regulatory activity in the rapidly evolving field of mobile networks as they head towards 5G.
