Study on Numerical Control for the Control System of Hobbing Machine Tools

The advantage and characteristic the CNC reconstruction of a gear hobbing machine were put forward.The motion and characteristic of gear hobbing process were analyzed.Based on the analysis about the machining principle and transmission of the old gear hobbing machines,a CNC reconstructive scheme was proposed,the interface between Siemens 802C and self-researched impulse servo control pad,the software and hardware were designed.Though setting up mathematics model,the dynamic and static performance of the servo system was analyzed.Front feedback technology for improving servo system was adopted.The measure of anti-jamming was put forward.
