Sprint is a type of speed-strength event and its strength is directly related to the quality and efficiency in performing technical movement.But we find that there is still a difference between frequently used means in strength training for sprint and sprint technical requirements and force approach,and even out of joint.This paper examines the feasibility and scientificity on the application of "progressive" combined practice in strength training for sprint by comparing the experimental classes with the control classes.
