Train system has a big stiffness in a primary suspension to get better driving stability than high steering performance. However, this suspension system can cause a vibration and noise while running on the curve line. As the maintenance cost due to vibration and noise has been increase, steering bogie has been developed to provide a better steering and driving performance at once. To estimate the stability of the axle for steering bogie. Finite Element Method(FEM) was applied for structural analysis. As a result of the analysis safety of both axles for Motor and Trailer bogie are confirmed by intensity evaluation.
