Experimental demonstration of 10-Gb/s OFDM-QPSK signal at 60 GHz using frequency-doubling and tandem SSB modulation

We experimentally demonstrate 10-Gb/s OFDM-QPSK signal with negligible penalty following 100-km SSMF transmission within 7-GHz unlicensed band at 60-GHz for the first time. The proposed scheme proves to be a viable solution for long-reach 60-GHz RoF system.
