The invention discloses an incoming call screen locking method used for a mobile terminal, which comprises the following steps of: detecting the incoming number of the mobile terminal, and inquiring whether the contact person corresponding to the incoming number belongs to a preset special contact person group or not; and if so, setting the mobile terminal to be in a locked state so as to cover an incoming call interface through a locking interface in the locking state. The invention further discloses the mobile terminal. According to the invention, the encrypted locking interface can be displayed when private contact persons set by the user calls. The incoming call interface is just displayed after successful unlocking, so that privacy of the user is protected.
