A Web-Based System for Distance Learning of Programming

Web-based education is currently an important research and development area, and it has opened new ways of learning for many people. In this paper, we present the web-based system WAPE that is under development at the A.P. Ershov Institute of Informatics Systems as a virtual environment for the distance learning of programming.
