BeamGeneration andTransport inTHzTubes

We present results of3D simulations of circular and non-circular electron beamsforvacuum electronic devices operating atfrequencies to650GHz. Magnetic andelectrostatic lenses andperiodic permanent magnetstructures will beconsidered. A typical beamcross section is150x 30microns with6-8mA at10- 50keV. Comparison ofthecalculation withexperimental results, as available, will begiven.
